<p>My sister and some dear friends came over for dinner and my sister brought dessert, I am thankful she brought this Keto Cheesecake Fluff! It was a hit and before you knew it, we were licking the bowl clean! <p style="font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;">You can also add chocolate chips or nuts on top for extra taste, we prefer ours plain with a good cup of coffee!</p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;">These easy 3-ingredient banana bread muffins are perfect for a family that is always on the go like ours. You can use any flavor cake mix you like. I typically stick with yellow, white, vanilla or chocolate. </p>

<p>The best way to store the leftover banana muffins is to put them in a ziploc bag or an airtight container. They keep well at room temperature for about 3 days or you can store them in the fridge so they do not mold too quick, depending on the climate where you live. You can also make half the recipe or you can double it.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My oldest sister has been doing the famous Keto Diet for over a year now, the difference in her overall health and weight loss is extremely evident.  I know there are a lot of sceptics out there concerning the Keto movement, but I myself started it and I have to say that even though I do not follow it faithfully, I so far have managed to lose 40 pounds! <p>Okay, so my sister does consider this a lifestyle change and not a &#8220;diet&#8221; &#8211; she follows it faithfully and she is good at it!  She even has her husband, my mom and my other sister on the bandwagon.  My other sister (I have 4 sisters) is officially off her high blood pressure medication due to Keto!  So it is only natural that we still should indulge on pancakes every once in awhile!</p>
<p>These <em>Keto Coconut Flour Pancakes</em> are extremely filling and I can honestly say they are better and fluffier than your traditional, carb-saturated IHOP pancakes!</p>

<p>I have a weird thing about pancakes, I like to add sour cream to them&#8230;yup, right on top of the syrup!  I do not even remember how I got started on that but give it a try and let me know what you think!</p>

(Cold or warm!)</p><p>You can also add pepper and pineapple to it!
