Easy recipe to keep those sugar cravings at bay!
Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in erythritol, stevia, vanilla, sour cream and cocoa powder.
In separate bowl, beat heavy cream with mixer until stiff peaks form. You can also do this with your blender.
Fold the whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
Refrigerate for at least two hours. Pipe or spoon into individual serving dishes. Top with fresh fruit or sugar-free chocolate, if desired...or eat right out of the bowl! Your choice :)
