This month my hubby turned 40. We are not much into celebrating birthdays (unless it is for our girls!), so me and the girls decided we would make something simple. We came up with this recipe with his most favorite thing to eat…NUTELLA baby!
This nutella mousse recipe calls for just two ingredients, heavy whipping cream and nutella! I am telling you as soon as we were done making it we were eating it – its crazy good!
We had some left over for the next day so we cut up some berries, bananas and apples and used it as a fruit dip — we like to call it “balance” 🙂
My suggestion is to serve it in smaller cups and it will easily serve 6-8 people. Now go make it! You’ll thank me later!
This 2 ingredient dessert will be a family favorite.
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Nutella
Pour heavy whipping cream into the bowl of a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer, or the whisk attachment on a stand mixer, to whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Scoop the nutella into the bowl. Fold it together using a rubber spatula until all of the whipped cream is brown and loses its streaks.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
