Keto Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered erythritol or less to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. stevia, optional
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in erythritol, stevia, vanilla, sour cream and cocoa powder.
  • In separate bowl, beat heavy cream with mixer until stiff peaks form. You can also do this with your blender.
  • Fold the whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
  • Refrigerate for at least two hours. Pipe or spoon into individual serving dishes. Top with fresh fruit or sugar-free chocolate, if desired...or eat right out of the bowl! Your choice :)
